Track user activity

Administrators can track all kinds of user activity, such as the files each user has downloaded, what they have been searching for, and when they last logged in.

Tracking user activity on your computer

  1. Go to Ruby Datum > Manage Users.
  2. Click the User's name of the user you want to track.
  3. Click View all user’s activity in the User Information panel.
  4. Use the Filter option to specify the type of activities you’re interested in.

Tracking user activity on mobile or tablet

  1. Go to Ruby Datum > Manage Users.
  2. Tap the information icon next to the user you want to track.
  3. Tap View all user’s activity.
  4. Tap the Sort & Filter tab to specify the type of activities you’re interested in.
