Manage user settings

Administrators can change user settings on a computer, mobile or tablet.

Managing user settings on a computer

  1. Go to Ruby Datum > Admin
  2. Click on the relevant option (see explanations below).

Manage user settings on a mobile or tablet

  1. In the main menu, tap on Admin & Export.
  2. Tap User Accounts.
  3. Tap on the relevant option (see explanation below).

User settings explained

Manage Users: Takes you to the manage users page where new users can be added, users can be deleted & suspended, user activity can be viewed.

Manage User Levels: create a new type of user account and pick which abilities are required.

Manage User Groups: assign users to a group:

  • Setting up groups is a necessity when competing bidders are asking questions in the Q&A module.
  • Also helpful when restricting access to files or folders.
  • Groups also allow you to present different login terms to different users.
     

View User Activity: view all user activity for current site and create Excel export of site activity.
