How to view / download files and folders

How to view files 

You can view files in Ruby Datum on a computer, mobile or tablet. Just click or tap on the relevant file name to open it in the Document Viewer. 
 

Downloading files and folders on a computer 

  1. Go to Ruby Datum > Documents.
  2. Check the file(s) or folder(s) you want to download.
  3. Near the top, select Download.

Downloading files and folders on mobile or tablet

  1. Go to Ruby Datum > Documents.
  2. Tap on the information icon next to the item you want to download.
  3. Tap Download.

Who can download files and folders?

By default, all users have the ability to download files and folders. Administrators can change this by setting access restrictions.
