Getting started with Ruby Datum

Here’s what you’ll need to access Ruby Datum and links to pages that’ll help you get started. 

How to access Ruby Datum 

You will need a supported web browser, an internet connection and an approved user account to access Ruby Datum.

What details you will need

  1. Web address –each client using Ruby Datum has their own workspace, commonly referred to as a “site”. Each site will have a unique web address.
  2. Login details – usually your email address, plus a password.

If you don’t know which web address to enter and/or haven’t received login details, please get in touch with the person managing the site.

If you can’t remember your password, or it doesn’t work, you can use the forgotten password function to reset it.

How to perform basic tasks

Once you have logged in to a site, the abilities you have are dependent on your User Level, as determined by an Administrator.
